These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access or use the Pexor platform. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
If you do not agree with these terms, you must not access or use the service.
Pexor provides subscription-based software tools related to analytics dashboards, portfolio tracking, monitoring features, operational visibility, and educational content connected to digital assets.
Pexor does not act as a bank, custodian, broker, investment adviser, payment facilitator, or merchant of record. Pexor does not hold customer funds and does not directly process cryptocurrency transactions on behalf of users.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activities that occur under your account.
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe that your use of the service violates applicable law, these terms, or platform security requirements.
Certain features are available on a paid recurring subscription basis. Subscription prices, billing intervals, and included features are described on the pricing page or in a separate commercial agreement.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. You are responsible for applicable taxes, charges, and fees unless otherwise stated.
You may not use the platform for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity.
You may not attempt to interfere with the operation, availability, integrity, or security of the platform or connected systems.
The platform, software, branding, and related content are owned by or licensed to Pexor and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service.
The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Any analytics, educational content, or insights made available through the platform are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pexor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid by you to Pexor during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the platform, comply with law, or address misuse.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including billing, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and dispute-related provisions.
