Pexor is offered as a subscription-based software service. Charges are billed in advance according to the plan selected at checkout.
Unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.
You may cancel your subscription before the next renewal date to avoid future recurring charges. Cancellation usually takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
Access to paid features may continue until the end of the paid term unless otherwise stated in a commercial agreement.
We may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis where required by law, where duplicate charges occurred, or where a technical billing issue caused a material error.
Approved refunds, if any, will usually be returned to the original payment method where possible.
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact support before initiating a chargeback so we can review the issue promptly.
Abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent chargeback activity may result in suspension or termination of access.
